Dr. Doughty has been with the school district for nineteen years; one year at Clarksville High teaching keyboarding and desktop publishing; seven years at Rossview High School teaching keyboarding, computer applications, and web design, and one year at West Creek Middle as an assistant principal. This is her third year as Principal at Rossview and she served eight years as Assistant Principal. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Murray State University, a Master's degree from Austin Peay State University and a Doctorate of Education from Lipscomb University. She has been married for eighteen years to her husband, Andrew, who is a Computer Literacy teacher at Rossview Middle School. They have two sons, Connor, who is a 15 year old tenth grader at Rossview High and Cainan, who is a first grader at Rossview Elementary. She loves being at Rossview because of the pride and school spirit that exists with the students, parents, and teachers. She also loves watching students graduate college and career ready. In her spare time, she loves to spend time relaxing in a pool or on the lake, going shopping, and being involved in her children's lives.
